I got hired as a staff pianist in a music festival. we are rehearsing/staging/performing 4 operas at the same time. each single rehearsal is like an intense performance, and it's totally NOT fun trying to read a conductor's mind or try to fix stupid singer's note and rhythm . I do need to chill down a lot each nite because the drama is so powerful and sometimes you just can't take that much at once. I'm trying to work as once in your life time even though I know I might be back for the next season. But, life changes. doesn't it? who knows what's going to be next year?


so, quickly reach the end of my long story before the wireless break down again. with poor cellphone reception, extremely unstable wireless, and endless drama on/off stage, I'm sure I'll have a very special summer. Hey, at least I sneaked some time and got good pictures in this beautiful place.

BTW, I'm still alive and works fine with the crazy conductor. see you guys later!
